Shipping policy

The following terms cover how we ship orders, deliver freight, and assign risk of loss. These terms are also restated in our Terms & Conditions and govern in case of conflict.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours or the next business day.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday may qualify for same-day processing for small parcel shipments.

Shipping Methods

Products may ship via:

  • Small parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
  • LTL freight carriers due to size, weight, or crating requirements

Freight & Accessorial Charges

LTL shipments may require:

  • Delivery appointments
  • Lift gate service
  • Limited-access delivery
  • Inside delivery

These services are not included by default and may result in additional charges billed to the customer.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Weather
  • Labor disruptions
  • Supply chain conditions
  • Venue receiving restrictions

Risk of Loss & Title

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the shipment is tendered to the carrier.
  • Carrier confirmation of delivery constitutes proof of receipt.

Delivery Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate delivery address
  • Ensuring the delivery location can accept the shipment
  • Confirming venue receiving policies
  • Being available for scheduled freight appointments

Missed deliveries, refusals, or incorrect address issues may result in additional charges passed through to the customer.
